Online Purchase
You must be the age of 19 or over to purchase products for personal consumption subject to the following terms and conditions.
By submitting your orders, you authorize Sip Wines to charge your credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) for your orders plus applicable taxes, bottle deposits, and shipping and handling charges. All prices shown do not include bottle deposit and shipping & handling charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
You acknowledge that all wines are sold and shipped within BC and that you are responsible for the pickup or shipment of wines. If you select to have the items shipped, you authorize Sip Wines to act on your behalf to engage a delivery carrier to deliver the orders. You shall provide an adult signature and proof of age to the delivery carrier upon receipt of the order.
All products are sold in BC, with title passing to you in BC. Sip Wines does not currently ship wines outside of BC, Canada. Sip Wines takes all necessary precautions in preparing your order for delivery. Sip Wines assumes no responsibility once the product has left our possession. You may take additional insurance at your expense.
Sip Wines reserves the right to decline an order if the item(s) are sold out or out of stock. Customers will be contacted by phone or email with respect to the order decline and will be fully refunded or will be offered alternative products or vintage.
Legal Age
You must be over the age of 19 and are required to declare that you are over the legal age before making an online purchase. BC Liquor Distribution Branch Terms and Conditions for Liquor Deliveries dictate that proof of age must be validated at the time of delivery with acceptable identification (being passport, identification card or driver's license with photograph). Upon pickup or delivery, an authorized person at least 19 years of age must be present to sign for and accept any packages containing alcoholic beverages. If nobody 19 years of age or older is available to sign for and accept your packages, the delivery carrier cannot leave them and the wines will be returned to Sip Wines or the carrier where you will be required to pick them up. No delivery will be left with any person who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
