Metro Vancouver includes the following cities: Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Ladner, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Anmore, Belcarra, and Pitt Meadows. Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for delivery. This offer is valid for orders up to 6 cases and not available on gift baskets and gift sets. The offer is subject to change without notice. Purchaser must be the age of 19 or over.
Regular shipping rate within Metro Vancouver is a flat rate of $25 per delivery.
For delivery to Other Cities in BC, please complete the check out process and submit your order request online. The shipping and handling charge will be determined upon confirmation of a shipping arrangement that is the most convenient for you. After the order request has been submitted, one of our wine consultants will contact you within 3 business days for shipping arrangements and order payment. No delivery can be made outside British Columbia.
Pickup is available at the store during business hours at no charge.
If you choose to have your order delivered:
Upon request, Sip Wines can arrange delivery on your behalf; please provide a physical delivery address, where you or your agent over the age of 19 is available to receive the order. Orders will be delivered only if Sip Wines has obtained the delivery address verification by phone or email. All orders will be delivered on working days, Monday thru Friday, excepting statutory holidays. Most orders will be assembled and shipped as soon as they are processed. Delay may occur if any products are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be notified by phone or email.
When choosing your delivery location, ensuring there is a person there Monday thru Friday during business hours, if possible, will alleviate your having to come to Sip Wines or go to the carrier’s warehouse to pick up the order if the delivery was unsuccessful. Therefore, a place of business may be a preferred delivery location.
If you choose to pick up your order:
Your order is normally available for pickup in 3 to 5 business days. You will be contacted by phone when the order is ready. You can pick up the order at the store, during business hours as posted on our website. Please feel free to contact us to arrange for an earlier pickup subject to availability. You or the person, 19 years of age or older, who is authorized to pick up the products, shall present a copy of the electronic purchase receipt. If you engage another person other than that identified during the check out process to pick up the order, the store will require an authorization from the buyer before releasing the products.
Legal Age
Buyers must be over the age of 19 and are required to declare that they are over the legal age before making the online purchase. BC Liquor Distribution Branch Terms and Conditions for Liquor Deliveries dictate that proof of age must be validated at the time of delivery with acceptable identification (being passport, identification card or driver's license with photograph). Upon pick-up or delivery, someone at least 19 years of age must be present to sign for and accept any packages containing alcoholic beverages. If no body 19 years of age or older is available to sign for and accept your packages, the delivery carrier cannot leave them and the wines will be returned to Sip Wines or the carrier where you will be required to pick them up. No delivery will be left with any person who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
