Return Policy
Unused
products in their original condition and packaging with the original
sales receipt can be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange.
Returned wine will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. Should there be any product fault,
please return the product to our store with the original receipt; we
will gladly replace the product while quantities last or offer a
refund.
Cancellation Policy
While
we try our best to accommodate order cancellation or change requests,
the timing for such requests is critical. Once we have begun packaging
and shipping your order, it is not possible to make any changes or stop
the shipment.
Cancellation or change requests should be
made as soon as possible after placing your order by calling our store
during business hours. Cancellation may be subject to a fee. If we are
not able to change or cancel an order because it is already in process
or shipped, you may return the products in accordance with the Return
Policy.
